The following five hotels have been designated “preferred hotels” for USW graduation weekend (May 15-17, 2020.)

Valid for Friday and Saturday nights (May 15 and 16). Room rate is $99/night plus tax; Single, Double, or Suite, based on availability. Ask for the USW graduation rate.

Valid for Friday and Saturday nights (May 15 and 16). Room rate is $99/night plus tax; Queen or King room. Ask for the USW graduation rate. Reservation must be made by April 15, 2020.

Valid for Friday and Saturday nights (May 15 and 16). Room rate is $99/night plus tax; Double or Traditional King room. Ask for the USW graduation rate. Reservation must be made by May 1, 2020.

Valid for Friday and Saturday nights (May 15 and 16). Room rate is $99/night plus tax. Ask for the USW graduation rate. Reservation must be made by May 7, 2020.

Valid for Friday and Saturday nights (May 15 and 16). Room rate is $69.95/night plus tax for a Single and $79.95/night plus tax for a Double. Ask for the USW graduation rate.

Pick-ups from Lea County Regional Airport at 11:34 am (arriving from Denver) and
12:40 and 7:05 pm (arriving from Houston)
Pick-ups from preferred hotels to Rockwind Community Links for Master’s and Doctoral student reception between 6 and 6:30 pm. Pick-up at reception site to return to hotels at 8:30 pm.

7:00-7:30 A.M- Pick-ups from preferred hotels to USW campus for breakfast, photographs, and commencement.
Return to preferred hotels following commencement.
Sunday, May 17, 2020
5:00 A.M- pick-ups from preferred hotels to go to Lea County Regional Airport for 6:18 A.M flight to Houston
11:00 A.M- pick-ups from preferred hotels to go to Lea County Regional Airport for 12:04 P.M flight to Denver and 1:10 P.M flight to Houston
